I will post pictures tomorrow. Britton received his mission call to serve in the Washington Everett Mission. He leaves January 7th 2009 for the MTC. Britton seems to be excited. He played tennis with a boy from Layton High that is also going there in November. That was fun to know someone going also. Maybe I will sleep tonight without dreaming that someone stole his call from the mailbox.
One interesting side-light. We had a map set up and everyone here choose where they thought he was going. Two people chose Washington...The Stake President and the Bishop. They promised that they did not know beforehand. The Church is true.
Oh by the way, Britton chose Washington (DC). Maybe he needs to train his inspiration a little.

Congratulations, Britton and the rest of the Odles. How exciting. He is well-prepared and we look forward to hearing his mish updates. I'm glad he gets to spend Christmas at home...I hope white shirts and ties are on his wishlist.
Finally! It's been a long week waiting for that call! Britton, we are so excited for you. You'll be a great missionary. Alan's nephew just returned from that mission in July and loved it. We love following your blog and seeing all of those familiar faces!
